Amanda's Delicious Egg Salad
- 8 large eggs
- 4 fresh scallions, leaves
- 1 slice raw white onion
- 12 cup Hellmanns Mayonnaise, i prefer mayo over Miracle Whip
- 2 slices pickles, any kind
- salt and pepper
- Boil your eggs for about 12 minutes add a bit of salt to encourage the water to boil faster.
- When the time is up, remove the eggs from the pot and place them in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Add the 1 /2 cup mayo,scallions,onions,pickles,salt and pepper to taste blend together with fork.
