Fast & Fantastic Black Bean Soup
- 1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup thick and chunky salsa
- 60 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- Blend first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Pour into medium saucepan; cook on medium heat 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Add Velveeta; cook and stir 1 min.
- or until melted.
