Cheeey Appetizer Crackers

  1. Mix together cheese, butter, flour and cayenne.
  2. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  3. Flatten balls to about 1/4 inch thick with the bottom of a glass.
  4. Dip glass in flour if it sticks to the cheese mixture.
  5. Poke each cracker several times with the tines of a fork.
  6. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
  7. Bake at 375F for 10 to 12 minutes.
