Smart-Choice Easy Tiramisu Pie
- 48 vanilla wafers, divided
- 1/4 cup brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled, divided Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups cold fat-free milk
- 1 pkg. (1 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated
- Arrange 36 wafers on bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
- Drizzle 2 Tbsp.
- coffee over wafers on bottom of pie plate.
- Beat Neufchatel in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
- Gradually beat in milk.
- Add dry pudding mix; beat 1 min.
- Gently stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP.
- Spread half the pudding mixture over wafers on bottom of plate; sprinkle with half the chocolate.
- Cover with remaining wafers; drizzle with remaining coffee.
- Top with remaining pudding mixture, chocolate and COOL WHIP.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
