Creamy PHILLY Thai-Curry Chicken
- 1 tsp. oil
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 2/3 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
- 1 Tbsp. Thai green curry paste
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 min.
- on each side or until done (170 degrees F).
- Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
- Add broth to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
- or until hot.
- Add cream cheese product and curry paste; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended and slightly thickened.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
