Creamy PHILLY Thai-Curry Chicken

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 min.
  3. on each side or until done (170 degrees F).
  4. Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add broth to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
  6. or until hot.
  7. Add cream cheese product and curry paste; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  8. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended and slightly thickened.
  9. Pour sauce over chicken.
