Crab Pot
- 3 oz zatarains crab boil
- 2 tbsp zatarains liquid crab boil
- 1 sweet onion
- 4 small ears of corn
- 1 red potatoes
- 2 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp old bay seasoning
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 salt
- 4 blue crabs
- Before anything make sure blue crabs are clean
- Grab the pot that you are going to use and fill it up 1/2 way with water, add oil and salt.
- Set stove top to high.
- Clean the potatoes, the corns and slice the sweet onion into 1/4.
- Add 2 full cloves of garlic.
- Add all into pot.
- Add all of the seasonings.
- Leave the zatarains crab boil contents inside the bag.
- I left on high for 30min.
- Continue on moving the corn and potatoes around.
- After 30min take some the corn and potatoes out in order to fit your crabs in.
- If the pot is big enough then just add the crabs.
- Cook the crabs for 10min.
- Let cool down for a couple mins and enjoy :-) I served with homemade red mashed potatoes
