Chilly Cherry-Pomegranate Pie

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in pomegranate juice.
  4. Refrigerate 25 to 30 min.
  5. or until slightly thickened.
  6. Whisk in 1 cup COOL WHIP until blended; pour into crust.
  7. (Filling will come near top of crust.)
  8. Carefully place in freezer.
  9. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  10. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and cookies just before serving.
