Miso Ramen

  1. Combine all the miso sauce ingredients and mix well.
  2. Cut the leeks into small pieces, soak in water, then drain well.
  3. Boil the noodles in a generous amount of water.
  4. While they boil, warm the bowls.
  5. Put 1.5-2 tablespoons miso sauce in each bowl, then pour in about 400 ml of the soup.
  6. Add the boiled noodles.
  7. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
