Miso Ramen
- 5 hanks Fresh Chinese noodles
- 25 grams Butter
- 1 Corn on the cob
- 1/2 Japanese leek
- 1 Meat-miso
- 5 Seasoned Soft-Boiled Eggs
- 500 grams Char Siu
- 1 Aji Moyashi
- 2 liter Pork soup
- 150 grams Miso
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- Combine all the miso sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Cut the leeks into small pieces, soak in water, then drain well.
- Boil the noodles in a generous amount of water.
- While they boil, warm the bowls.
- Put 1.5-2 tablespoons miso sauce in each bowl, then pour in about 400 ml of the soup.
- Add the boiled noodles.
- Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
