Macaroni, Vegetable Salad Recipe

  1. Cook macaroni by package directions the small shell is best.
  2. Run cool water through till thoroughly cooked; drain well.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Prepare vegetables.
  5. I chop them in my blender.
  6. Add in to macaroni.
  7. Dressing: Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat with egg beater; add in to macaroni and vegetables.
  8. Make at least 24 hrs before serving.
  9. Will keep and improve flavors for days tightly covered and in the refrigerator.
