Skinny Rice & Beans - Super Easy!

  1. Cook rice as per package directions.
  2. Add beans to cooked rice in a microwavable bowl; spoon Cheez Whiz into rice mixture.
  3. Microwave mixture for 30-60 seconds, or until Cheez Whiz melts.
  4. Stir in salsa and sour cream, or top as desired.
  5. If desired, add veggie options, like a tortilla-less burrito!
  6. :).
