Easy Pulled Pork

  1. Drizzle the olive oil into the bottom of your crock pot and then toss in the onion and garlic.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, seasoned salt and garlic powder and then rub it onto the pork shoulder.
  3. Place the seasoned pork shoulder on top of the onion and garlic and then just pour on the BBQ Sauce, no need to stir anything.
  4. Put your crock pot on the low setting and cook the shoulder for just about eight hours, or until it can be easily broken apart with a fork.
  5. Serve as desired.
  6. *Just a side note, the pork shoulder may look a little burnt during the last hour or so of cooking time, but this is not the indication that it is done, and it is OK if this happens.
  7. *

olive oil, yellow onion, garlic, kosher salt, ground black pepper, salt, garlic, pork shoulder, sauce
