Evil Cranberry Chutney

  1. In a large sauce pan combine cranberries, raisins, sugar, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and water.
  2. Cook over med heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the onion, apple and celery.
  4. Cook for another 15 minutes.
  5. Cool and refridgerate.
  6. It can also be canned or frozen for later use.
  7. It makes 4 cups.
