Lemon Pepper Chicken With Shallots and Portabellas

  1. Put chicken in crockpot.
  2. Pour marinade over chicken.
  3. Mince shallots and slice mushrooms.
  4. You can buy bags of pre-sliced portabellas in the produce section of the grocery store.
  5. Sprinkle chicken with shallots, mushrooms and rosemary.
  6. Sprinkle salt over all.
  7. Cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8 hours.
  8. When serving, make sure you sprinkle the chicken with the mushroom/shallot mixture.
  9. It's very pretty that way.
