Kanya's Fish Fillets in White wine sauce
- 4 fish fillets
- 3 glass of your favorite white wine
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil to fry fish
- 20 grams butter
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- Very easy and delicious light meal,first warm your throat by one glass of wine ,then on the plate rub fish fillets with salt and pepper
- On medium heat ,apray or add olive oil to the pan ,fry fish aproximately 2 mins on each side ,depends on how thick of fish ,dont hurry to flip make sure it little brown then flip,this will not damage the pieces
- Before fish almost done,add butter,remain salt and pepper,parsley,flame the fish with second glass of wine,squeeze lime juice all over fillets
- Arrange fish into serving plate,but still simmering sauce in pan until little more thickness,pour sauce over fish,serve fresh with salad,roasted potato and enjoy third glass of wine before serving :)
