Braised Veal Steak With Vegetables Recipe
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 lb Veal shoulder arm steak, cut
- 3/4 x -1inch thick
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Coarsely grnd black pepper
- 1 sm Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. Water
- 2 x Red potatoes, unpeeled, halved
- 1/4 lb Snow peas, strings removed
