Cube Steak Recipe
- 6 to 8 pcs cube steak
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 med. onion, sliced into rings
- Pepper
- Flour
- Salt
- Salt, pepper and flour cube steak.
- Brown both sides steak in small amount of oil.
- Remove steak from pan and place in a shallow casserole dish.
- Add in mushroom soup and water to steak drippings.
- Place onion rings over steak, then pour gravy over steak.
- Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
