Chinese Mongolian Beef (Chinese Restaurant style)

  1. Heat wok or frying pan until smoking.
  2. Add some oil for saute.
  3. Add meat and garlic and cook quickly with a dash of soy sauce.
  4. Remove meat and add vegetables to hot pan and cook until heated through.
  5. Mix all remaining ingredients (except rice or noodles) and add to vegetables.
  6. Bring to a boil and simmer to thicken.
  7. Add meat back to wok and heat through.
  8. Serve over the rice or noodles.
