Spring Cookie Blossoms

• 8 vanilla wafers
• 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
• 2 small fresh strawberries, cut in half
• 8 pieces green apple peel Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1 graham cracker, crushed (about 1/4 cup)

1. Spread 4 wafers with peanut butter; top with remaining wafers.
2. Place on dessert plate.
3. Cut tulip shape from each strawberry half.
4. Place on wafers.
5. Cut 4 stems from apple peels; cut leaves from remaining peels.
6. Place stem at bottom of each tulip.
7. Add leaves.
8. Sprinkle graham crumbs around bottoms of stems to resemble dirt.
