Glazed Pork Chops with Spiced Onion Marmalade

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Spray baking sheet with vegetable oil spray.
  3. Whisk next 5 ingredients in small bowl to blend.
  4. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
  5. Brush generous 1 tablespoon glaze on each side of pork chops.
  6. Place chops on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake until thermometer inserted into center registers 150F, about 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with warm Spiced Onion Marmalade.
