Hot Coleslaw Recipe

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients.
  2. Heat well, but don't boil.
  3. Pour over cabbage mix (warm or possibly cool).
  4. The liquid is also good on tossed salads.
  5. Use as much cabbage as the liquid will cover.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
  7. The slaw is crisper and better if allowed to stand a few days and will keep for weeks improving with age.
