Apple-Peanut Butter Streusel Muffins
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup packed brown sugar, divided
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Cinnamon Raisin Granola Crunch Crunchy Peanut Butter with Cinnamon, Raisins & Granola
- 1 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Stir flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and 1/2 cup sugar in large bowl with whisk until blended.
- Whisk eggs, milk and oil in medium bowl until blended; stir in apples.
- Add to dry ingredients; stir just until blended.
- Combine peanut butter, oats and remaining sugar until crumbly.
- Spoon half the batter evenly into 24 paper-lined muffin cups; top each with 1 tsp.
- streusel.
- Cover with remaining batter and streusel; press streusel lightly into batter with back of spoon.
- Bake 18 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 5 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
