Graham Chip Brownie Bars
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cup finely crushed graham cracker crumbs, about 32 full size rackers
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup raisins, optional
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spray a 8 by 8 inche baking pan with non stivk spray.
- Line the bottom with parchment paper, spray paper with non stick spray.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients with a spoon.
- Combine well, batter will be thick.
- Spread into prepared pan evenly.
- Bake about 25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on rack 5 minutes, run a sharp small knife around edges to free edges and finish cooling on rack.
- Cut into squares.
