Shrimp Slaw
- 6 -8 ounces macaroni, cooked according to directions
- 3 cups cabbage, finely shredded (angel hair slaw mix works very well)
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 1 12 cups fresh shrimp, boiled and rough chopped
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- Combine macaroni, vegetables and shrimp.
- Mix remaining ingredients and add to macaroni/cabbage/shrimp mixture.
- Add mayonaise if needed, or desired, to suit your taste.
- Refrigerate for a couple hours to let the flavors get happy.
- Serve.
