Warm Fruity Rice Pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (398 ml) can fruit cocktail, drained juice saved
- 1 (92 g) package vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup Minute Rice
- Mix all ingredients except drained fruit, in saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat, add drained fruit and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
