George's Sushi

  1. Lay the rice on a bamboo mat, in a rectangle shape.
  2. Spread half the cream cheese on the top half of the rice.
  3. Top with half the carrot.
  4. Roll to form a log.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, then cut into 6 slices.
