Potato Rounds
- 2 each red potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup no fat half n half
- Boil the potatoes until done, about 45 minutes.
- Cut into 1/2" thick slices and fry.
- Mix your soup and cream, add additional spices if you like, and pour over your potatoes.
- Garnish with paprika.
