Sausage Cups

  1. Note: You can use turkey sausage crumbles, or a 16-oz.
  2. tube of Jimmy Dean Hot sausage.
  3. Works well with any kind of cooked crumbled sausage.
  4. Take phyllo cups out of the freezer and arrange on a baking sheet.
  5. In a separate bowl mix all ingredients.
  6. Red pepper flakes are optional if you like a little spice.
  7. I like to save a little cheese and sprinkle it on the top.
  8. But you dont have to do that.
  9. There may be a little mixture left over.
  10. Set that aside to have on a biscuit for breakfast tomorrow.
  11. Fill each phyllo with a mound of the mixture.
  12. Bake in the oven at 350F for 1015 minutes until gold and bubbly.
  13. Great even reheated the next day, if theres any left!
