Stewed roast with potatoes and carrots
- 2 carrots, big/medium, cut into bite size
- 3 potatoes, small/medium, cut into 8 pcs each
- 400 grams roasted meat, chopped into bite size
- 3 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 white pepper powder
- 1 ground black pepper
- 1 parsley flakes or chopped parsley
- 100 ml starch water, 5ml starch mixed evenly in 100ml water
- 500 ml water
- Boil carrots and potatoes in 500ml water using low heat till softened and well cooked.
- Add roasted meat, light soya sauce, salt, white pepper powder, ground black pepper, parsley flakes.
- Boil for 10 minutes using medium heat.
- Turn to low heat, add starch water, simmer for 10 minutes.
