Lemon-Lime Pork Chops
- 1/2 cups Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cups Lime Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Crushed Red Peppers
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 4 Pork Chops
- In a small bowl mix the lemon and lime juices together.
- Then add garlic, cumin, crushed red peppers and chili powder to the juice.
- Remove fat from pork chops and place in a Ziploc bag.
- Add lemon-lime mixture and seal bag.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Grill at medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until slightly pink in the middle.
