Lemon-Lime Pork Chops

  1. In a small bowl mix the lemon and lime juices together.
  2. Then add garlic, cumin, crushed red peppers and chili powder to the juice.
  3. Remove fat from pork chops and place in a Ziploc bag.
  4. Add lemon-lime mixture and seal bag.
  5. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Grill at medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until slightly pink in the middle.
