Lavandou

• Ice
• 1 2/3 ounces Cognac
• 2/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 2/3 ounce Lavender-Honey Syrup
• 1 fresh lavender sprig, for garnish (optional)

1. In an ice-filled rocks glass, combine all of the ingredients except the garnish.
2. Stir well and garnish with the lavender sprig.
