Harvest Pumpkin Pie Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min then 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till knife comes out clean.
  5. Let cold.
  6. TOPPING: Pour lowfat milk into mixing bowl.
  7. Add in pudding, beat with wire whisk till well blended, 1 minute.
  8. Let stand 5 min.
  9. Blend in pumpkin and spice, then Cold Whip.
  10. Spread over cold pie.
  11. Chill.
  12. Serve with whipped cream around edges or possibly a squirt on top.
