Stir Fry Curried Vegetables

  1. Heat skillet or wok on high.
  2. Add oil, garlic and ginger.
  3. Saute until light brown.
  4. Add all vegetables.
  5. Stir fry until tender.
  6. Add Coconut Milk and Curry Paste.
  7. Toss until vegetables are coated well.
  8. Serve immediately.
