Spinach, Feta & Bresaola Pizza
- 1 teaspoon ground basil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 3 garlic cloves, clove(s)
- 4 cups chopped fresh spinach
- olive oil flavored cooking spray (10 sprays)
- 1 cup red onion
- 12 cup fat free feta cheese
- 4 ounces bresaola
- whole wheat pizza dough
- Let dough thaw overnight.
- Let sit at room temp for 20 minutes.
- Roll out on 12" diameter pizza tray.
- Cook onions and garlic in olive oil spray just before they start to go translucent.
- Sprinkle with garlic, oregano and basil.
- Top dough with onion mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped bresaola, chopped spinach and feta on pizza.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
