Oysters in the Patty Shell

  1. Saute mushrooms in butter until tender.
  2. Blend in flour and cook until bubbly.
  3. Gradually add milk; cook until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
  4. Add salt, celery salt, pepper, lemon juice, and oysters.
  5. Cook over medium-low heat until oysters start to curl up (about 5 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve in mini-piecrusts or patty shells.
  7. If desired, garnish with parsley.
