Caesar-Alfredo Pizza
- 1 whole Pizza Dough Recipe (Try My Herbed Dough Recipe!)
- 2 Tablespoons Jarred Or Homemade Alfredo Sauce
- 1/2 cups Ken's Steakhouse Caesar Dressing (or Any Other Brand)
- 1 package Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 whole Small Onion (I Prefer Red)
- 1 whole Small Green Bell Pepper
- 3 whole Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Quartered
- 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1.
- Prepare pizza dough according to dough instructions.
- Check out my recipe, also posted on Tasty Kitchen!
- Its delish.
- If youre afraid of making dough from scratch or feeling lazy, feel free to use a store-bought crust.
- 2.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees, and place a pizza stone in the oven.
- 3.
- Once the dough is rolled out and the pizza is on the peel (see my instructions on my other recipe), drop a couple of tablespoons of Alfredo sauce into the middle of the dough.
- Next, squeeze out 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing on top of the Alfredo sauce.
- Basically, be sure you have enough dressing to cover your pizza with sauce properly.
- I highly recommend Kens Steakhouse Caesar dressing.
- Best Caesar ever.
- 4.
- Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, mix the sauces thoroughly, and then slowly spread the sauce in circles to cover the dough.
- I always start with a smaller amount of Caesar and add more if I need to.
- 5.
- Top with your desired toppings.
- Heres my favorite way to top this pizza: mozzarella, diced red onions, diced green pepper, marinated artichoke hearts, and both Parmesan and feta sprinkled generously on top.
- Please feel free to do your own thing!
- 6.
- Before placing in the oven, use a pastry brush to brush olive oil around the entire edge of the pizza and then sprinkle with sea salt.
- This makes the crust oh so delicious and lightly seasoned.
- 7.
- Bake the pizza at 450 degrees for 6 to 10 minutes, depending on how thick or thin your pizza is.
- Watch and wait for the cheese to start browning and bubbling slightly.
- 8.
- Remove, place on a large cookie sheet, slice, and consume.
