General Tso's Chicken
- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 14 cup water
- 12 cup cornstarch
- 14 cup water
- 1 12 teaspoons minced garlic
- 14 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 12 teaspoons Asian seasoning
- 1 12 teaspoons ground red pepper
- 14 12 ounces chicken broth
- Place 6-12 ingredients in a quart jar with a lid and shake to mix.
- Shake again before use.
- Mix the 2-5 ingredients together in a sauce bowl and add chicken pieces to mixture and wait for oil to heat.
- In a wok or large skillet add a small amount of oil and heat up to 400degrees.
- Place chicken in oil and move to a plate with a napkin over it.
- Stir mixture and then add to pan and add water if sauce gets to thick on the stove.
- Add chicken to wok and cook until all is hot and bubbly.
