Ww Spinach and Pink Grapefruit

• 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
• 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sherry wine
• 14 teaspoon black pepper
• 10 ounces fresh spinach (baby variety is best)
• 1 medium grapefruit, peeled and cut into pieces
• 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds

1. To make the dressing: combine the first 6 ingredients(juice through pepper).
2. Put the spinach in a large bowl, toss with the dressing.
3. Top with the grapefruit adn sesame seeds.
4. Serve right away.
