Easy-Mix butter cake
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter plus 2 tablespoons, 125 grams
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups cake flour
- 23 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees cup (350F/180C).
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Beat with electric mixer on low until blended, then beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
- Grease round cake tin and line the base with greaseproof paper.
- Pour mixture into tin and bake in moderate oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
- Your choice if you want to leave plain or put incing on top.
- Enjoy.
