Spinach Salad with Apples and Pomegranate Seeds

  1. Mix dressing and mustard; set aside.
  2. Combine apples, pomegranate seeds and celery in large bowl.
  3. Add dressing mixture; toss to coat.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. For each serving: Cover serving plate with 1 cup of the spinach; top with 1/2 cup of the apple mixture and 1-1/2 tsp.
  7. pecans.
