Mother's Lime Sherbet Recipe

• 1 quart. lowfat milk
• 1/2 c. lime juice
• 1 1/4 c. sugar
• Green food coloring

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Place in freezer trays.
3. Let refrigeratetill almost hard.
4. Remove from freezer and beat well.
5. Return to freezer to set.
6. Serves 6.
