Pork Chops And Cabbage

  1. Brown chops in oil in a large skillet. Remove and reserve. Add cabbage and onion to skillet, stirring until cabbage wilts slightly. Combine 3/4 cup apple juice and instant broth; pour into skillet. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt. Sprinkle with caraway. Arrange chops on cabbage; add remaining salt and pepper. Cover with lid and simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
  2. Remove chops and cabbage to platter. Whisk remaining 1/4 cup apple juice and cornstarch in bowl. Stir into juice in skillet. Cook until thickened; boil 1 minute.
  3. Pour over chops and cabbage.
  4. Serve.
  5. Enjoy!
