Scalloped Salmon For Two Recipe

  1. Drain salmon, reserving liquid.
  2. Remove skin and bones, if you like.
  3. Flake salmon with a fork.
  4. Dissolve bouillon granules in boiling water in a medium bowl.
  5. Add in salmon liquid, lowfat milk, egg, parsley and onion; mix well.
  6. Add in salmon, stuffing mix and cheese, mixing well.
  7. Place in two greased, 10 oz custard c. or possibly two greased au gratin dishes.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 min.
  9. Serve with vegetable sauce.
