Vegetable Garden Snack
- 3 ounces light cream cheese, softened
- 14 cup light sour cream
- 12 teaspoon dill weed
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 14 teaspoon parsley flakes
- pastry shells (Fillo shells)
- assorted cut-up vegetables (quartered cherry tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, green onions, sliced radishes, or broccoli florets)
- Combine all ingredients except vegetables and Fillo shells; blend until smooth.
- Spoon cheese mixture into Fillo shells; garnish with vegetables.
