Prune Filling

  1. Combine all ingredients with 1 cup water in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until most of the liquid has evaporated, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat; let cool completely.
  4. Transfer mixture to a food processor, and process until pureed.
  5. Use immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
