Hawaiian Wedding Soup
- 2 lb Sausage
- 3 Ribs of celery
- 2 large carrots
- 2 medium onions
- 3 Sweet potatoes peeled
- 3 White potatoes peeled
- 2 box Chicken broth or stock
- 1 can Pineapple chunks
- Form sausage into small balls and fry
- remove sausage and set aside
- roughly chop all the vegetables
- sweat all of the vegetables in the sausage grease
- in a large pan add all of the vegetables and chicken stock together when its boiling add the pineapple and sausage heat until everything is combined and hot
- salt and pepper to your taste
