Aunty Mata's Weetbix Biscuits
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup coconut, shredded
- 175 g butter, melted
- 4 Weetabix, crushed
- chocolate icing
- coconut
- Sift together flour, cocoa and baking powder.
- Add sugar and coconut.
- Add butter.
- Mix well.
- Add Weetbix.
- Mix.
- Press lightly into a greased 10" Pie plate.
- Bake 20 min at 180C
- Slice and Ice as soon as it is removed from the oven.
- Sprinkle with coconut.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
