Herb Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 2 med. chicken breasts (skinned, split lengthwise, boned & cubed)
- 2 med. zucchini, thinly sliced
- 3 tomatoes, cut up
- Combine 3/4 c. cool water with flour, bouillon, salt, basil and oregano.
- In a large skillet or possibly wok, stir fry onions and garlic in warm oil till tender.
- Remove from skillet, stir-fry chicken half at a time for 3-4 min (add in more oil if necessary).
- Remove chicken from skillet.
- Add in zucchini, stir fry 5 min.
- Add in bouillon mix and tomatoes; cook and stir till bubbly.
- Add in chicken again with onions.
- Cook 1 minute longer.
- Serve with rice or possibly chow mein noodles.
