Herb Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Combine 3/4 c. cool water with flour, bouillon, salt, basil and oregano.
  2. In a large skillet or possibly wok, stir fry onions and garlic in warm oil till tender.
  3. Remove from skillet, stir-fry chicken half at a time for 3-4 min (add in more oil if necessary).
  4. Remove chicken from skillet.
  5. Add in zucchini, stir fry 5 min.
  6. Add in bouillon mix and tomatoes; cook and stir till bubbly.
  7. Add in chicken again with onions.
  8. Cook 1 minute longer.
  9. Serve with rice or possibly chow mein noodles.
