Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Coconut Peanut Truffles!

  1. Melt coconut oil on medium heat.
  2. Mix in cocoa.
  3. When all the lumps are gone, add the syrup.
  4. Have peanut butter ready in ab owl and add the cocoa mixture to it.
  5. Once well combined, stir in 1 cup shredded coconut.
  6. Roll into balls and refrigerate overnight.
