Pineapple Delight
- 16 graham crackers (crushed)
- 8 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 (398 ml) can crushed pineapple
- 2 (113 g) packagesvanilla pudding
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 (1 liter) container Cool Whip, divided
- CRUST: Mix and bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool completely.
- FILLING: Mix together pineapple, vanilla pudding, lemon juice and 1/2 container Cool Whip.
- Add to base.
- Add other half of whip on top and sprinkle with graham crumbs.
- Refrigerate.
