Pineapple Delight

  1. CRUST: Mix and bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Cool completely.
  3. FILLING: Mix together pineapple, vanilla pudding, lemon juice and 1/2 container Cool Whip.
  4. Add to base.
  5. Add other half of whip on top and sprinkle with graham crumbs.
  6. Refrigerate.
