Fajitas Marinade
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. hot paprika
- 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Combine all ingredients in a dish suitable for marinating the meat.
- Add meat, slosh around, turn over and cover.
- Marinate in refrigerator from four to twelve hours.
- Turn the meat from time to time.
